Questions, answered.
How many people can sign through one Bulk Link?
Unlimited by default. You can optionally set a participant cap — when the cap is hit, the link auto-closes and new visitors see a 'closed' page. Cap is enforced server-side, not just visually.
Can I limit WHO signs?
Three controls: an email-OTP gate (visitor must verify the email they entered before the doc opens), an expiry date (link closes itself on a chosen day), and an allow-list (only signers whose email matches a domain you specify). Mix and match as needed.
What happens when the link expires?
The link returns a polite 'this signing window has closed' page with a contact link back to the sender. Envelopes that were already in flight when the cap or expiry hit can still be finished by their owner — only NEW signings are blocked.
Can I edit the document after the link is live?
Yes — pause the link, recall any envelopes still mid-signing, swap the template or update the fields, and re-activate. The URL stays the same so anywhere you've embedded it keeps working.
Is the signing legally binding under Canadian law?
Yes. Every signed envelope is PIPEDA-aligned and Quebec Law 25 ready — explicit consent gate, identity capture, timestamped audit trail, and dual SHA-256 hash on the certified PDF. Provincial e-commerce acts (ECA in Ontario, LCCJTI in Quebec, etc.) all recognize this format.
Can I see who's started but didn't finish?
Yes — the per-link detail view at /app/links/{slug} shows every visitor's status with a pill: Started · Viewed · Signed · Expired. Export the partial list or just the completed signers as CSV, anytime.
Can I embed this in my website?
One iframe snippet, generated per link. Paste it into your CMS, your client portal, or your onboarding flow. The embed inherits your brand colors and accent automatically if you've configured /app/brand.
