Are these signatures legally binding in Canada?
Yes. Every Ink. signature is PIPEDA-aligned and Quebec Law 25 ready — explicit consent gate, identity capture, timestamped audit trail, and dual SHA-256 hash on the certified PDF. Provincial e-commerce acts (ECA in Ontario, LCCJTI in Quebec, the UECA in BC, AB, SK, MB, NS, NB, NL) all recognize this format.
How reliable are SMS and WhatsApp delivery?
SMS goes through a tier-1 Canadian aggregator with last-mile carrier hand-off; WhatsApp Business API is direct from Meta. Both surface delivery + read receipts back to the document log. If a channel fails, Ink. auto-falls-back to email and flags the row so you can re-route.
Can I customize the message and subject line?
Yes — the prepare wizard at /app/new has a Message field that becomes the email body + SMS / WhatsApp copy. Your brand display name (set in /app/brand) is the From address. Click-tracking is OFF by default on signing links — +22% deliverability versus tracked links.
How do reminders work?
Two automatic nudges by default: day 3 and day 7 after invitation, only if the signer hasn't opened the doc yet. Disable them per-envelope or globally. You can also fire a one-off reminder from the document workspace — Ink. logs every reminder to the cert page.
Sequential or parallel signing order?
Toggle in the recipients step. Sequential = #1 finishes before #2 is notified (common for legal). Parallel = everyone signs at once (common for sales orders + offer letters). You can change the order mid-flight by dragging rows in the document workspace.
Does it work on mobile browsers?
Mobile-first by design. The signer page detects phones and turns on a 2x magnifier so signature lines never get misclicked. Touch targets are 44pt minimum. Tested on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and in-app browsers (Gmail, WhatsApp).
